These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and tk10bd governing your use of our online casino, sports betting, and related services. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bets on tk10bd.

Throughout these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings defined below unless the context clearly requires otherwise. These definitions apply to the singular and plural forms of each term.

Section 2
Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding contract between you, the User, and tk10bd. Your access to and use of the Platform is conditioned entirely upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By completing any of the following actions, you are deemed to have unconditionally accepted these Terms in full:
- Creating a tk10bd Account by submitting a registration form on the Platform.
- Clicking any "I Agree" or equivalent checkbox during the registration process.
- Making a deposit into your tk10bd Account using any supported payment method.
- Placing a bet or participating in any casino game, live dealer table, or sports betting market on the Platform.
- Accessing any page of the Platform beyond the publicly visible homepage, including the game lobby, account settings, and promotions pages.
tk10bd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following any published amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. tk10bd will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Users of material changes via email to the address registered on their Account, but such notification is provided as a courtesy only and does not constitute a condition of the amendment's validity.
If you disagree with any current or revised version of these Terms, your sole remedy is to immediately cease use of the Platform and request closure of your Account by contacting [email protected].
Section 3
Eligibility & Age Restriction
Use of the tk10bd Platform is strictly restricted to adults. You must meet all of the following eligibility criteria to register and maintain an Account on tk10bd:
- You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.
- You must be accessing the Platform of your own free will for personal entertainment purposes only.
- You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list — whether maintained by tk10bd or any other responsible gaming registry.
- You must not be acting as an agent, representative, or proxy for any third party when using the Platform or placing bets.
- You must be a human individual. Corporate entities, automated scripts, bots, and artificial intelligence systems are not eligible to hold Accounts.
- You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information when registering and at all subsequent times when requested by tk10bd.
tk10bd enforces age verification through a mandatory KYC process. All Users are required to submit a clear photograph of their Bangladeshi National Identity Card (NID) along with a live selfie before any withdrawal request is processed. Accounts found to belong to individuals under the age of 18 will be immediately and permanently suspended, all funds will be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities.
tk10bd does not knowingly collect personal data from or provide services to individuals under 18 years of age. If we become aware that an underage individual has created an Account, we will take immediate action to close it and delete associated data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Age Verification Policy 18+
tk10bd enforces a strict 18+ age policy. During KYC, you will be asked to provide your Bangladeshi National ID (NID). Verification is completed within 24 hours during BST business hours. No withdrawal will be released before identity and age verification is successfully completed.
Section 4
Account Registration & Management
Each individual User is permitted to hold exactly one (1) Account on the tk10bd Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including your legal full name as it appears on your NID, a valid email address, a valid Bangladeshi mobile number, and your date of birth. You are responsible for keeping all Account information current and accurate at all times.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials — including your username and password. tk10bd will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to protect your credentials. You must notify tk10bd immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.
4.1 One Account Per Person
Creating duplicate accounts is a breach of these Terms. tk10bd uses device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and payment method matching to detect duplicate accounts. Any bonus winnings earned through duplicate accounts will be voided and the accounts will be permanently closed.
4.2 Account Security
You must use a strong, unique password for your tk10bd Account and not share your credentials with any third party. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via your registered Bangladeshi mobile number for additional protection.
4.3 Account Closure
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any remaining verified balance (minus applicable pending bonus wagering) will be paid out to your registered withdrawal method within 5 business days.
Section 5
Deposits & Withdrawals
Minimum Deposit
The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your Account balance within 60 seconds. No platform fee is charged on deposits.
Minimum Withdrawal
The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed within 1–4 hours during BST (UTC+6) business hours, subject to successful KYC completion.
Supported Methods
Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and major card networks (Visa, Mastercard). All transactions are in BDT (৳).
KYC Requirement
Withdrawal requests will not be processed until your Account has passed full KYC verification. First-time withdrawals may take up to 24 hours (BST) for identity review. Subsequent withdrawals are faster.
All deposits made to your tk10bd Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to another individual — are strictly prohibited. tk10bd reserves the right to request documentary evidence that a deposit source belongs to the Account holder, and to withhold withdrawals pending this verification.
Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. In cases where this is not possible, tk10bd will contact you to arrange an alternative withdrawal method. tk10bd does not charge a processing fee on withdrawals, though your payment provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own transaction fees in accordance with their standard rates.
tk10bd reserves the right to impose transaction limits, delay, or suspend withdrawals in circumstances where a fraud, anti-money laundering, or responsible gaming investigation is underway. In such cases, the affected User will be notified by email within 48 hours and provided with a clear explanation of the steps required to resolve the matter.
Section 6
Bonuses & Promotions
tk10bd offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to these general terms in addition to any promotion-specific terms published at the time the offer is made. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and a promotion-specific notice, the promotion-specific notice shall take precedence for that promotion only.
6.1 Welcome Bonus
New registered members who complete KYC verification and make their first qualifying deposit are eligible for a welcome deposit bonus of up to ৳20,000. The exact percentage and cap are displayed on the active promotions page at the time of registration. The welcome bonus is available once per person, household, device, and payment method.
6.2 Wagering Requirements
All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x the bonus amount), are stated clearly in each promotion's specific terms. Games contribute differently to wagering: slots typically count 100%, while table games and live dealer bets may contribute at a reduced rate.
6.3 Bonus Expiry
Bonuses that are not used within 30 calendar days of being credited to your Account will expire and be automatically removed. Wagering requirements for active bonuses must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will not be reinstated under any circumstances.
6.4 Bonus Abuse
tk10bd actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, placing offsetting bets to artificially fulfil wagering requirements, or exploiting promotional terms in ways not intended by tk10bd. Accounts found to be abusing bonuses will have their bonus balances voided and may be permanently suspended.
- tk10bd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
- Bonuses may not be transferred between Accounts or exchanged for cash value outside of the wagering process.
- Seasonal promotions — including Eid, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), and BPL season offers — are subject to additional specific terms published with each campaign.
- Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valued at ৳10 per spin unless otherwise stated and winnings are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal.
- tk10bd's decisions regarding bonus eligibility, wagering fulfilment, and promotion outcomes are final.
Section 7
Betting & Gaming Rules
All games and betting markets available on the tk10bd Platform are governed by the rules of the individual game or sport in question, as provided by the relevant game supplier (e.g., Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi) or sporting body (e.g., ICC, BCB). These individual rules are displayed within each game or market. In all cases, the Platform's general Terms & Conditions apply in addition to any game-specific rules.
Casino Game Outcomes
All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) supplied and audited by the game developer. tk10bd does not alter, influence, or have access to the RNG processes of any game. Results are final once a game round is completed and displayed on screen.
Sports Betting
Bets on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sports markets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body. In-play bets placed after an event's official conclusion — due to feed delays — will be voided and stakes returned.
Disputed Results
Any dispute regarding a game result or bet settlement must be submitted to tk10bd's support team within 72 hours of the event. Disputes submitted after this window will not be considered. All decisions made by tk10bd's dispute resolution team following a thorough review are final and binding.
tk10bd reserves the right to void any bet placed in error — including bets placed at incorrect odds resulting from a technical fault, bets placed on markets that were inadvertently offered after the relevant event had already concluded, and bets placed as part of a coordinated effort to exploit pricing errors. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the User's Account balance in full.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per market. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface. tk10bd reserves the right to apply individual account-level bet limits in cases where unusual betting patterns are identified, without the requirement to provide a reason to the affected User.
Section 8
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tk10bd Platform. Any User found to have engaged in any of the following activities will have their Account immediately suspended pending investigation, and may face permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the relevant authorities:
- Creating or operating more than one Account on the tk10bd Platform, whether under the same or different personal details.
- Providing false, misleading, or incomplete identity information during registration, KYC, or any other verification process.
- Using the Platform if you are under 18 years of age, or knowingly allowing an underage individual to access your Account.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets, play games, or interact with the Platform in any way.
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors, including deliberately placing bets on markets where an error in odds has been identified.
- Colluding with other players in live dealer games or poker-style games to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other participants.
- Using the Platform to launder money, transfer illicit funds, or engage in any activity that violates applicable anti-money laundering laws.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's servers, software, security systems, or user data.
- Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing behaviour toward tk10bd staff or other Platform users.
- Charging back or reversing any deposit transaction through your payment provider after using deposited funds to place bets or play games on the Platform.
Section 9
Intellectual Property
All content on the tk10bd Platform — including but not limited to the tk10bd logo, brand name, website design, page layouts, colour schemes, typography, written content, images, icons, data compilations, software code, and game interfaces — is the intellectual property of tk10bd or its licensed third-party suppliers (including game providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any part of the Platform's content without prior written permission from tk10bd.
- Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on the Platform or any of its components.
- Use the tk10bd name, logo, or brand identity in any marketing, advertising, or promotional material without express written consent.
- Frame or mirror any page of the Platform on another website or application without prior written authorisation.
- Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Platform using automated tools or manual processes for commercial purposes.
Any unauthorised use of tk10bd's intellectual property may result in immediate Account suspension, civil legal action, and referral to law enforcement authorities. Third-party game content remains the intellectual property of the respective game studio and is subject to that studio's own licensing terms. tk10bd makes no claim of ownership over third-party game assets displayed on the Platform.
Section 10
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tk10bd, its owners, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable to any User for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the Platform or its services. This limitation applies regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable or whether tk10bd was advised of the possibility of such damages.
Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, tk10bd specifically excludes liability for:
10.1 Platform Availability
tk10bd does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, server outages, third-party infrastructure failures, and force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability. tk10bd will not be liable for any losses arising from Platform downtime, including bets that could not be placed or withdrawn during an outage period.
10.2 Gambling Losses
Gambling involves risk. tk10bd is not responsible for any financial loss you incur through lawful betting or gaming activity on the Platform. It is your sole responsibility to manage your gambling budget. The availability of deposit limits and self-exclusion tools does not transfer liability for gambling losses to tk10bd.
10.3 Third-Party Services
The Platform relies on third-party payment processors (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, etc.) and game suppliers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, etc.). tk10bd is not liable for service failures, errors, or delays caused by these third parties. Any dispute regarding a payment provider's transaction must be resolved directly with that provider.
10.4 User Device & Connectivity
tk10bd is not liable for any loss arising from a failure of your device, internet connection, or mobile network during a game or betting session. If a disconnection occurs during a live game round, tk10bd's system will resolve the round based on the last confirmed game state recorded on its servers.
Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, tk10bd's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to the Platform in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This cap applies regardless of the legal basis of the claim — whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise.
Section 11
Termination & Suspension
tk10bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any User Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- The User has violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions or any applicable law.
- tk10bd has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or any other criminal activity associated with the Account.
- The User has provided false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point during Account use.
- The User is found to be under the age of 18, or there are reasonable grounds to suspect underage access.
- The User has been subject to a chargeback or payment reversal on any deposit made to the Platform.
- The Account has been inactive (no login or transaction) for a continuous period of 12 months or more.
- Continued operation of the Account creates a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk for tk10bd.
Upon Account suspension, access to the Platform will be disabled immediately. If the suspension results from a pending investigation, tk10bd will notify the affected User by email within 48 hours and outline the information required to resolve the matter. In cases of confirmed serious violations — including fraud, AML breaches, and underage access — the Account will be permanently closed without the possibility of reinstatement and any outstanding balance may be forfeited.
You may voluntarily close your Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. If your Account holds a verified positive balance at the time of closure, tk10bd will process a withdrawal to your registered payment method within 5 business days, provided all pending wagering requirements have been satisfied.
Section 12
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. By using the Platform, you agree that any dispute with tk10bd shall first be submitted to tk10bd's internal dispute resolution process before any other legal remedy is sought.
If you wish to raise a formal complaint, you must submit it in writing to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint — [Your Account Username]". tk10bd will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours (BST) and provide a substantive response within 14 business days. During the review period, tk10bd may request additional documentation or information from you to facilitate a fair and thorough investigation.
If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of tk10bd's internal resolution process, you may seek independent resolution through an appropriate dispute resolution mechanism. tk10bd is committed to fair and transparent dispute handling and will cooperate in good faith with any legitimately initiated review process.
Both parties agree that any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved on an individual basis and not as part of any class action, collective claim, or representative proceeding. tk10bd's decisions on matters of fact relating to game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and Account status — following a completed internal review — are final and binding.

Resolution Timeline
Acknowledgement within 48 hours (BST). Full investigation and written response within 14 business days. Complex cases involving fraud or AML review may take up to 30 business days. You will be kept informed of progress throughout.
